GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Trade Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act, with the goal of ensuring transparent cooperation to our mutual satisfaction.
These terms govern the conditions under which we provide our services and define the procedures for exercising mutual rights and obligations between us, as the seller, and you, as the user (hereinafter: “User”).
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, the User acknowledges being familiar with these Terms and fully agrees with them. These Terms apply to each purchase made by any User.
To use our services, the User must provide only the personal data necessary for access to our website and service delivery. Details regarding data processing are available in our Privacy Policy.
The User is not required to register an account before making a purchase.
We do not systematically monitor content submitted, stored, or distributed by Users via our website.
The Services We Offer
On our website, we offer the following services:
- WaaS (Website as a Service)
- WordPress Themes (single purchase)
The User independently and freely decides whether to use our services and which type to choose. All our themes and plugins (under GNU license) may be used for personal or business purposes.
1) WaaS (Website as a Service)
- You are only a user of the website; WEB10 remains the owner.
- You cannot edit core files or transfer the site to another provider.
- Provided materials (images, content) can only be used while using our service.
- Two hours of monthly support are included (each started hour is counted as a full hour).
- Included: WordPress theme, lead-capturing plugin, high-speed hosting, SSL, and installation.
- Pricing:
- Monthly: €99 (VAT excluded), minimum 6-month commitment.
- Yearly: €999 (VAT excluded).
Termination is possible via the termination link received in the purchase confirmation email.
2) WordPress Themes (Single Product)
- Single site license only.
- Not transferable, resellable, or editable.
- You will receive future updates free of charge.
Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
- Orders are placed through our website by completing the purchase process and clicking “Approve Payment.”
- After receiving your order, we will confirm via email whether the order has been accepted.
- The Purchase Contract is concluded when we send you the confirmation email.
Payment and Prices
- All prices are in Euros (€), VAT excluded.
- Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
- Electronic invoices will be sent via email after each purchase.
Right to Withdraw
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days for WordPress Theme purchases only.
- WaaS services are not subject to withdrawal or refunds.
To exercise your right to withdraw, contact us via email at support@web10.rs with your withdrawal request.
Complaints and Service Conformity
- If you find our service non-compliant, submit a complaint within 8 days of service delivery at support@web10.rs.
- Complaints must include detailed explanations and photos where applicable.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content and services remain the property of WEB10.
- Reproduction, resale, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any exchanged sensitive information during our cooperation.
Personal Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Please review our Privacy Policy at web10.rs/privacy-policy for more information.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Changes to the General Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be published at least 8 days before they take effect.
Validity of the General Terms
These General Terms are valid from May 12, 2025, and apply until further notice.
